My Brethren & all,

In May we have raised two Master Masons. Congratulations to Brother George Monroe Autry, V and Brother Joseph Clay Bowen. At the June stated meeting we will ballot on one more candidate. I hope you will be present at the stated and participate in the subsequent degree work – if not participate; support the candidate with your attendance.

On May 17 many of the brethren enjoyed the Annual Masonic District Picnic at Temple Park. Many Brethren, Friends, and Family enjoyed the Food, Fun, and Fellowship! Many brought friends who will make good Masons. I wonder how many of your friends that are not Masons will receive a petition from you!

There are some 1 lb containers of BBQ that can be purchased for $ 7.00 available at the lodge. Please see any of the following persons to assist you: Perry Williams, Jimmy Tomko, Ed Wilkerson, or John Head or better yet - - come to our stated communications meeting June 5^th and ask.
